The winery

I will visit the winery which is running by Suntory, the most famous beverage company, in Japan.

This is my first time to visit winery. I am very exiting for this short trip.

As a Japanese I am proud of Japanese Culture.

It is very unique and delicate.

Japan is losing its economy day by day, however,
its culture is blooming in the worldwide.

Sake has a very important role of Japanese culture.
I hope that introducing sake to the world will be my life work.

Dear sake lovers

I am one of sake lovers who lives in Japan.

I believe there are many people in the world have drunk sake and loved sake.
But I think that it is not easy to get information about sake from other countries.

I have created this blog for sharing information regarding sake with sake lovers in the world.

I was born and grow up in Japan until graduated university.
After graduated university I had been in NYC for a year and half.
Now I live in Tokyo and work for the European financial company and a sake sommelier.

I hope this blog will help people to close to each other through sake.
